does Pandisk offer? |

Pandisk offers absolutely the best
solution for printing. In order to accommodate all of
our clients, we offer both offset printing (photo quality)
and silkscreen printing. We use CMYK color machines printing
at an industry-leading 300dpi. Not only do we offer offset
printing-- we offer it at no additional charge! The real
advantage of offset printing is that all artwork can be
presented smoother, brighter, and with greater color definition. |

| How long does it take
for your production to reach our company? |
| |
This depends really upon two things.
The scheduled time-table for production and the type of
shipping requested. Generally, we have a 6-10 day turnaround
time, however with advanced scheduling; the turnaround
time can be shortened. We offer both sea and air shipping
options, where air shipping takes only 2 days while sea
shipping takes 3-4 weeks. |

DVD-5 name card? |

Yes we offer it as a custom card. |

| What shape CD's do
you offer? |
| |
We offer custom cut business card
provided that the shape meets the minimum requirement
for the amount of information you have stored on the disc. |

| Will you replicate
any products without copyright? |

Absolutely not. Due to international
copyright legislation we cannot replicate products without
proper copyright authorization. No exceptions. |

| What materials do you
need to place an order? |
| |
The three essential materials that
you will need to order are artwork, copyright authorization,
and also the digital master (CD-RW, DVD-R, DLT). |

| What are the acceptable
file formats for the artwork template? |

We accept the following:
- Illustrator 11.0
- CorelDRAW 9 (PC only)
- QuarkXPress 4.0 (Mac only)
- PageMaker 6.5
- PhotoShop 7.0
- FreeHand 9.0 (Mac only) |

| Are rush orders available? |
| |
We do not currently support rush
orders, however, we will try our best to do anything we
can to help you meet your deadline. |

| Does Pandisk offer
custom packaging? |
| |
We offer any type of packaging that
our customers request. In order to provide the fastest
and most accurate packaging, we ask that our clients provide
a drawing or an actual sample of the custom packaging
so that we are able produce the end-product you want with
no errors. |

| Does Pandisk have any
factories in the United States? |
| |
Currently, our replication facilities
are located only in Taiwan. However we are currently in
the process of developing a fulfillment center in the
United States. |
